Installation Guide

1. Drill a hole in the material matching the size required for the metric rivet nut (M3-M12).
2. Select the appropriate nosepiece on the RivetGo Pro Rivet Nut Gun – Metric for the rivet nut size.
3. Insert the metric rivet nut into the nosepiece, then position it into the pre-drilled hole.
4. Activate the pneumatic mechanism to compress and secure the rivet nut, then use the Reverse Forced Retreat Function to release the tool.

Technical Notes

• Ensure the air supply pressure is between 5bar and 7bar for optimal performance of the pneumatic mechanism.
• The Riveting Range (M3-M12) covers a wide variety of metric rivet nut sizes, suitable for most industrial applications.
• The tool’s pull force of 25000N to 35000N ensures secure fastening even in high-torque scenarios.
• Use with stainless steel rivet nuts to ensure compatibility and prevent corrosion over time.
• The 8mm riveting stroke allows for efficient installation, but ensure proper alignment to avoid damaging the rivet nut or material.
